Privacy Policy

      The short version: We don't collect your personal information. We don't store it. We don't sell it. We don't share it. Our apps are designed from the ground up to work without knowing anything about you.
    

1. Who We Are

fcount labs ("we", "us", "our") is an independent mobile app and game studio. We build apps and games for iOS, iPadOS, and Android. This Privacy Policy describes our practices across all products published by fcount labs.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, transmit, or store any personally identifiable information (PII), including but not limited to:

Your name, email address, or phone number
Device identifiers, advertising IDs (IDFA, GAID), or fingerprints
Precise or approximate location data
IP addresses or network information
Usage analytics tied to your identity
Contacts, photos, or any other on-device data

3. Local Data Only

Any data generated by your use of our apps (such as game progress, settings, or preferences) is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's or Google's standard on-device storage mechanisms. This data never leaves your device through our systems. You can delete it at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing its data.

4. No Third-Party Analytics or Advertising

We do not integrate third-party analytics SDKs (such as Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude). We do not integrate advertising networks or data-broker services. Our apps do not contain tracking pixels, cookies, or any covert data-collection mechanism.

Where apps use Apple's App Store infrastructure (In-App Purchases, Game Center, etc.), Apple's own Privacy Policy governs those interactions. We have no access to information Apple collects for those services.

5. We Will Never Sell Your Data

fcount labs does not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transfer any user data to third parties — because we do not have any user data to sell. This is a founding principle of our studio, not a policy we can walk back.

6. Children's Privacy

Because we do not collect personal information from anyone, our apps are safe for users of all ages. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Apple's and Google's guidelines for apps directed at children.

7. Data Security

The most secure data is data that was never collected. Since we do not receive or store your personal information on our servers, there is no fcount labs database that can be breached to expose your information.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we materially change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide notice within our apps. Continued use of our apps after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
