fcount labs ("we", "us", "our") is an independent mobile app and game studio. We build apps and games for iOS, iPadOS, and Android. This Privacy Policy describes our practices across all products published by fcount labs.
Data generated by your use of our apps — settings, preferences, conversion history, game progress, and records of purchases you've made (such as "ads removed") — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's or Google's standard on-device storage. It never leaves your device through our systems, and you can delete it at any time by uninstalling the app.
Most of our apps require no account at all. Where an app offers one (for example, GitaDaily), we collect only what is needed to operate it — such as the identifier provided by Sign in with Apple — and nothing else. You can delete your account and its data from within the app at any time, or email us and we'll do it for you.
Some of our free apps — currently ConvertIt: Unit Converter — display banner ads served by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service operated by Google. To serve ads, measure their performance, and prevent fraud, Google may collect and process:
Our iOS apps do not show Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt and do not request access to the advertising identifier (IDFA), so ads are not based on cross-app tracking of your identity.
Google's handling of this data is governed by its own policies: see the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
All purchases are processed entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We never receive or store your payment details — Apple or Google confirms the transaction to the app, and the resulting entitlement is stored on your device. Purchases can be restored on a new device through the store's standard restore mechanism inside the app.
Some features fetch small amounts of public data from our servers — for example, ConvertIt downloads daily currency exchange rates from fcountlabs.com. These are ordinary web requests: our server sees your IP address in transient standard server logs, sets no cookies, and does not link requests to any identity or profile.
We do not integrate third-party analytics SDKs (such as Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude), tracking pixels, or data-broker services. We genuinely do not know how you use our apps.
Where apps use Apple's App Store infrastructure (In-App Purchases, Game Center, etc.), Apple's own Privacy Policy governs those interactions. We have no access to information Apple collects for those services.
fcount labs does not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transfer user data to third parties. The only third party that processes data in our apps is Google, strictly for the ad serving described in Section 4 — and only in apps that show ads, and only until you remove them.
Our apps are designed for a general audience and are not directed at children. Apps that display advertising serve it through Google AdMob, a Google-certified ad network that provides its own policy controls for ad content. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We minimize risk by minimizing collection: outside the advertising described above, your data lives only on your device, and there is no fcount labs database of user information that could be breached. Transient server logs (Section 7) are routinely rotated and discarded.
If we materially change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide notice within our apps. Continued use of our apps after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
