Deleting your account

How to delete an account in a fcount labs app, and exactly what goes with it. Most of our apps have no account at all — this is for the ones that do.

Can't reach the app? Email 📧 fcountlabs@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, or tell us your player name, and say which app. We'll delete the account and reply when it's done.

Quiz Showdown

In the app

Open Quiz Showdown and go to the You tab.
Scroll to Delete account and tap it.
Confirm. The account is deleted straight away — there is no waiting period, and it can't be undone.

What is deleted

Your account: player name, avatar, install ID, and any Google or Apple sign-in linked to it.
Your play history: answers, scores, streaks, levels, medals, league and leaderboard places, and head-to-head records.
Your notifications and every signed-in session.

What is kept, without your name

A duel you played against another person stays in their history, shown as "Someone".
Questions you wrote that are already in the game stay, with your name removed.
Anonymous counts of how each question was answered.

In the app, go to Profile → Account → Delete Account and confirm. This permanently removes your account and its data.
